Shipping

All Siti's Gallery Custom Designed Jewelry Creation orders
are all shipped with the reliability and accountability of the United States
Postal Service (USPS) . We have found the USPS to be very reliable and low
cost. Of course, the reliability of International shipments depends on the
individual country's postal system, but we have experienced very little
problems.
Where We Ship
United States of America "Domestic" shipments include Hawaii,
Alaska, APO, and FPO. "International" shipments include any other
destination in the world. We Ship Worldwide.
Packing Information
We pack all of our Jewelry Creations in such a way to minimize jostling
during transit. By doing this we virtually eliminate damage to adjacent
Crystals, Stones, and Pearls by them banging into one another. All of our
Jewelry Creations are packaged by placing each piece inside individual plastic
zip bags and then inside a sturdy cardboard cotton filled jewelry box. We
wrap the cotton filled jewelry box(es) with bubble wrap and place them in
a sturdy cardboard mailing carton.
Insurance
For "Domestic" shipments, your order will be shipped to you fully
insured by Siti's Gallery at no cost. Sorry, but due to the many different
regulations we cannot insure "International" shipments. We urge
all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving
or signing for receipt.
Customs
We are not responsible for duties and fees assessed by Customs or other
foreign government agencies for "International" shipments.
Schedule
We ship within one (1) business day after receipt of payment. We ship orders
M-F, 9 AM - 5 PM, U.S. Eastern Daylight Time. If you place an order on a
holiday, a Saturday or Sunday, or after 5 PM Eastern Time on a regular business
day, your order will begin processing the following business day. To help
you plan when to expect your order, you'll notice an estimated arrival
date listed in the checkout details. This is the approximate number of days
required to process, package, and deliver your order.
Because APO & FPO orders must be processed through the military postal
service, it may take your package a bit more time to arrive. Siti's Gallery
ships all APO & FPO orders via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail
and guarantees your package will arrive at the appropriate APO/FPO processing
center within 3-5 days. From that point on, we depend on the military postal
service to deliver the package to you in a timely manner. We cannot provide
a tracking number or specific delivery date. If you are already familiar
with sending packages to APO & FPO addresses, you can probably expect
your Siti's Gallery order to arrive in about the same amount of time. |

Returns
|
Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider
your purchase. That way you can be sure you made the right decision.
If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any item in its original
condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.
It's that simple.

You may return or exchange your Custom Designed Jewelry Creation within
30 Days if you are not satisfied with it. Once we receive your returned
item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just
a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our
Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear
or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than
Siti's Gallery), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return (see
exception for damaged shipment below). Returns with no Siti's Gallery Return
Authorization Code (RAC) number or packages that are improperly packaged will
be refused receipt. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition
(see exception for damaged shipment below) for a refund or exchange. To
return your Custom Designed Jewelry Creation to Siti's Gallery, please follow
the steps below:

Damaged Shipment Received |

Contact us
within a few days of receiving a damaged Creation shipment with the damage
details and we will reply with instructions and an RAC number to arrange
for replacement or refund. Generally, we will send you a replacement Custom
Designed Jewelry Creation with a prepaid mailer for returning the damaged
Custom Designed Jewelry Creation. |

and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. |
3.

Return For Exchange |
|
For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to
exchange the returned Custom Designed Jewelry Creation with. If the exchange
Creation is a different price, we will contact you via email with details
on the credit/payment process. Be sure to include the exchange Custom Designed
Jewelry Creation item name, number, and price. It is very important to include
your daytime phone number in case we have to contact you. In order to receive
a refund or exchange, the jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or
alteration. |

postage for shipment via your country's Postal Service to our address. |
